The winter share has five Saturday pickups of 20 to 25lbs of produce every other week, Thursday-Saturday. When: The Winter CSA starts in November right after the Main Season ends. It runs every other week for 10 weeks (5 pick-ups). The main pick up day is Saturday, but you can come any day Thursday through Saturday. Produce you can expect: butternut squash onions sweet potatoes potatoes shallots garlic beets carrots cabbage winter radish rutabaga kohlrabi celeriac parsnips
