2011 "Fun On the Farm" Children's Summer Camp

Tangerini’s Spring Street Farm welcomes children between the ages of 5-9 years old to enjoy  fun-filled summer camp on a family farm where they can learn by doing.

Experiencing farm life with someone who grew up on farm will surely be an interesting and entertaining experience. Our staff will combine a generous amount of farm fun with daily chores. Through hands-on-experiences, children will explore the relationship between land, food and families. They will learn about animal care, tending baby chicks, harvesting produce, and help prepare produce for CSA distribution. There will be hikes through our streams and woods, and lots of crafts and games.

Eight Sessions to Choose From:

Week 1: June 20-June 23
Week 2: June 27-June 30
Week 3: July 5-July 8
Week 4: July 11-July 14
Week 5: July 18-July 21
Week 6: July25- July 28
Week 7:August 1-August 4
Week 8: August 8- August 11

Hurry to get your preferred week. Signup is limited to 6 children per session to ensure the best possible experience.

Cost: $150/ Session . All sessions run from Monday through Thursday from 8:30a.m.- noon. Each camper should bring a healthy snack.
